~J' Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, ackno?vledgos that this

respect to the Dkclaration of Condominium as to the condominium in which his ?uiit is
located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not limited to (?tfiether the same are
attached to the Declaration or referred to therein), tl?c By-ia?vs of the Association,
Articles of lncorporation, the Rules and Regulations, copy of projected operating budget,
copy of sales brochure and floor plan of apartn?ent purchased by purchaser, and all Amend-
nlents to the aforesaid Declarntion and I'.xl?ibits and tl?e Articles of Incori?oration, By-Laws
and Declaratiali of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Ohn?ers' Association; and
Purchaser further ackno:vledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration,
its Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the successful operation and management
of the Condominium property and is in the .best interests .and for the benefit of all the
owners therein. Purchaser and all avners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium
covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration of Condominium
and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all
of the terms and provisions -of said Declaration of Condanini?un and Fahibits attached
thereto, .and agrees -that the assessment tu?der the Property Q+n?ers' Association documents
referred to above and the p~nvisions tl?crcol arc reasonable, fair and ecµlitable, and
said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms that. the Ueclar-anon of Covenants and Restrictions
of-the Property Owners' Association has encumbered and .impressed a lien upon the Condo-
minium-parcel being conveyed to 1'~Irchaser, as security for leis obligations under the
.said Declaration of Covenants and Restrictiol?s of tl?e Property Avners' Association and -i
said Purchaser assumes tl?e obligations as to the Pt~operty Owners' Association as to his
condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms tl?at all warranties, represents?tions and induce- _
meets, if any, are as contained in the aforesaid I>eclal-ation of Condominium and Exhibits
attached thereto, and the conmon expenses and the scans due under the Property UvL?ers'
Association and od?er charges arc estimated only. lib warranty or guaranty is m~Lde or }
intended nor may one be relied upon except ?vl?ere the same is specifically warranted or
guaranteed in said Declaration of Condominiwn and the lix}?ibits attached thereto.
