brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, and all Amendments ~
to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, • ~

Association; and Purchaser further acknowledges receipt of and reading and
examination of said Declaration; its Exhibits, budget, sales brochure and floor ~
< ~ plan, and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen-
~ tIal, to the successful operation and management of the Condominium property
and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the owners therein.

ant and agree to.abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and ~ ~
- Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves ~ _
