SCIIULZ, who being duly sworn deposes and says:
1. That lie is the same person known as EWALD
SCIIULTZ, Grantee in that certain Deed of conveyance of Lot 8,
Block 1092, Port St. Lucie, Section 8 from General Development
Corportion-dated August 8, 1972, and filed for record in 0. R. -
Book 205, Page 2672, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
2. That the purpose of this Affidavit is to
insure the title to the aforesaid Lot to STAN T. FRERICHS and
ELSIE FRERICIiS, his wife, purchasers thereof by Deed being
recorded simultaneously herewith.
