SATISFACTION OF LIEN '

WHEREAS, the undersigned, the authorized agent of WATER PROCESSING
COMPANY, having filed a Claim of Lien against the property of HOLIDAY FINES, '
a Florida Partnership, on the 24th day of Seytemb~r 198U, recorded - `
in the Official Records book 339 , at Page 932 ~ 933 , in the office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida, against
real property in said County, described as:
Holiday Pines Subdivision, Phase I, Lying
~in portions of Section 7, Township 34 South,_ .
- Range 40 East, and Section 12, Township 34
South, Range 39 East.

NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned, for a good and valuable consideration
of ; 143,438.00 ,receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby acknowledge satisfaction of said Claim of Lien and does direct the Clerk-
. of said Circuit Court to cancel and discharge said Claim of Lien in accordance i
with Section 713.21 of the Florida Statutes.
