ORDER ON

THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the 9th day of
October, 1980, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having
given full consideration to all evidence and observed the demeanor
and physical condition of the parties and the child,'finds and deter-
mines: -
1. That both parents have approximately the same income;
2. That both parents over the years since their marriage
was dissolved have~had custody of the child equally;
3.- That the child is within one month of being 14 years old
and is mature and able to decide with which parent she desires to live;
4. There is a substantial change in circumstance -since the
entry of the.last order on custody;
j ~ 5.. That this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the
~ subject matter of this suit.
It is thereupon _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the parties to this action, ROBERT

ELLIS, the-Father and SANDRA ELLIS, the Mother, shall have joint.
custody of their child, SANDRA DENISE ELLIS, d.o.b. November, 1966, and
said child shall decide, from time to time, with which parent she '
desires to reside. It~is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that commencing on the 10th day of

October, 1980, the non-custodial parent which is the parent with whom
the child does not reside, shall pay to the other the sum of $25.00
each and every week for the support of the child; said sum shall continue
