self-supporting. ~ .
. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Circuit Court
and by him remitted promptly to the custodial parent. In addition,
there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be ~
added to~each payment made to the. Clerk. All payments shall be made
in cash, money order or cashiers check. Both of the parties are
ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and
residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect. It
is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that both parties shall keep adequate
records to establish and substantiate with whom the child resides. It
is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that each parent, by virtue of being
the joint custodian of the child, is equally responsible for all bills,.
expenses and other .items of cost incurred on behalf of the child.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
