corner of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 24; thence run
N88°55'46"W, along the South line of said Section 24, to the, point
of intersection with a line running S03°31'09"E, from the POINT
OF BEGINNING, a distance of 292.68 feet; thence run N03°31'09"W,
737.72 feet, to the-POINT OF BEGINNING.
SUBJECT TO the reservations, if any, made by the Plat of Section 24,
Township 35 South, Range 39 East, filed in Plat Book 2, page 32, of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, provided that this
reference to such reservations shall not serve to re-impose the same.
RESERVING UNTO•GRANTORS, their successors or assigns, an easement for

property, which easement shall continue for so long as Grantors, their
