For value received, the undersignai, Ann L. Porter , pmmise to pay to the-
order of T . J . McPart land ; Jr . the principal sum of

date until maturity, said interest being payable quarterly
both principal and interest befog payable in lawful money of the United States of America at

or at such other address as the holder fmm time to time may specify by written notice to the
maker, said principal and interest to be paid on the date and in the manner following: ,
(a) Interest shall be payable quarterly, i.e., on the -
22nd day of January, April, July-and October, during
the term hereof.
(b) So long as there is no default under the provisions
of this Note or under the provisions of the Mortgage
of even date given to secure the payment of this Note,
then the principal hereof shall be payable in full
on October 22,.1990, provided, however, the maker
hereof reserves the right to prepay the whole or
any part of this Note at any time without penalty
or premium. -

This note is to be construed and enforced according to the laws of the State of Florida, and
is secured by mo~rtga a on real -estate of even date herewith.
If default be e in the payment of any of said sum: or interest or in -the performance of
any agreements contained herein or in the said mortgage then, a<t the opt~n of the holder of the
same, the principal sum then remaining unpaid with accxued interest shaIl immediately become F
due and collectible without notice, time being of the essence of this contract, and said principal
~ sum and said accxued fnterest shaII both bear interest at the rate of ten per centuul per annum,
from such time until paid. ~
Each maker and endorser waives presentment, protest, notice of protest and notice of dis-
honor and agrees to pay aIl costs, including a reasonable attorney's fee, whether suit be brought
or not, if counsel shall after maturity of this note or default heramder or under said mortgage,
be employed to coDeM this note or to pmteM the security thereof.
