HALL, Incompetent. 2. Petitioner wishes to resign and be relieved of his ~ duties as such guardian and therefore hereby submits his resigns- tion as such guardian. ~ 3. Notice of this resignation has been given to the ~ F surety on petitioner's bond and there are no other interested persons to whom notice must be given. ( WHEREFORE, petitioner requests that appropriate orders ~ be entered: (a).Determining what additional notice, if any, the ~ court may require. (b) Finding that the interests of the ward will not be placed in jeopardy by petitioner's resignation. - (c) Accepting petitioner's resignation. (d) Appointing a successor guardian.
