The undersigned, as attorneys for the Personal

Representative of the above estate, allege:
- 1. The decedent, JAN LUDWIK SIKORSKI, a resident
of Detroit, Michigan died on August 28, 1977, and Letters of
Administration were- issued to the Personal Representative,
LEONARD A. SIRORSRI, on May 15, 1980.
2. That petitioners have filed Waivers to the
Final Accounting signed by all interested persons other than the.

Personal Representative and remaining beneficiary whose receipt
of beneficiary and consent to discharge has already been filed.
with the Court and a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit

3. The estate has•been fully administered by

making payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims or
~ debts which where presented, and by paying or making provision

for the payment of all taxes and expenses of adminiitration. A11
other claims not presented being barred by operation of law.

employed by the Personal Representative are as set forth below:
