The decedent, JAN LUDWIK SIKORSKI, a resident of Detroit, Michigan died on August 28, 1977, and Letters of Administration were- issued to the Personal Representative, LEONARD A. SIRORSRI, on May 15, 1980. 2. That petitioners have filed Waivers to the Final Accounting signed by all interested persons other than the. • 1 Personal Representative and remaining beneficiary whose receipt of beneficiary and consent to discharge has already been filed. with the Court and a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit SAN 3. The estate has•been fully administered by j - making payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims or ~ debts which where presented, and by paying or making provision i - for the payment of all taxes and expenses of adminiitration. A11 other claims not presented being barred by operation of law. ~ 4.
