6. The assets of the estate have been distributed
to the sole heir, LEONARD A. SIKORSKI.
WHEREFORE, Petitioners request that the assets of
the estate having already been distributed to the sole heir,
LEONARD A. SIKORSKI; and he having filed a Receipt of
Beneficiary and Consent to Discharge; and all. of the heirs
having previously waived and assigned all of their right, title
and interest in the estate to LEONARD A. SIKORSKI; and the
claims of creditors either having been paid or~otherwise barred
by operation of law; and the sole heir and Personal
Representative having returned to England and nothing further
remaining to be done except the .issuance of this Court's Order of
Discharge, the undersigned respectfully requests this Court to
waive the signature of the Personal Representative .as Petitioner
-herein and issue its Order discharging the Personal
Representative and the undersigned attorneys.
