- The undersigned, LEONARD A. SIKORSRI, hereby
acknowledges having received from the Personal Representative of
the above estate, after the payment of debts, espenses and fees
as set forth in Schedule "A" hereof, the distribution to the sole
heir and legatee of the monies as set forth in Schedule "B"
hereof-. ~ - -
The undersigned further acknowledges receipt of
complete distribution of .the share of the estate to which the
~-undersigned was entitled, releases the Personal Representative
from all further liability in connection with this estate, and
consents to the entry of an Order disci~arging the Personal
Representative without delay, notice, or hearing, and without
further accounting. -
