I, CHARLES 1 • MULLEN Surrogate of the County of Cortland,
New York, and the Judge of the Surrogate's Court of said County, hereby certify that
Duane A. Hollister ,whose name is signed to the annexed attestation
of record, was at the date thereof -the Clerk of the Surrogate's Court of said county, to
all whose acts as such full faith and credit are and ought to be given, as well in courts of
judicature as elsewhere; that said Surrogate's Court is a court of record, having a seal;
that the seal affixed to said attestation, and hereto affued, is the seal of said Surrogate
and of said Surrogate's Court; that I am well acquainted- with the handwriting of
