PETITION FOR AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY
The Guardian, PAN AMERICAN BANK OF ORLANDO, N.A., by and
through its undersigned attorney, respectfully petitions this
Court for entry of an Order authorizing the Guardian to purchase
real property for the benefit of the Ward on the following grounds:
1. That there is presently pending in this Court an
Estate proceeding for the mother of-the Ward, OLIVE B. NORTH,
deceased, File No. 80-28-CP; and that the Ward is an heir and
beneficiary in that Estate.
2. That the following described real property is an asset

of the. Estate proceeding:
The North 30 feet of Lot 4, all Lot 5, and the West
8 feet of the vacated alley adjacent on the east, i
Block 2, Killer's Subdivision.

Street Address 314-North 15th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida
ij 3. That property has an appraised value of $18,000.00,

according to the appraisal, a copy of which is-attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
4. That the Ward, ROBERT M. NORTH, has requested the
Guardian to purchase said real property from the Estate, according
to the correspondence attached hereto and incorporated herein by ~
eference;-and that the Personal Representative of the Estate of

OLIVE B: NORTH has stated that all the heirs have agreed to sell
the real property to the Ward, according to the correspondence
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
5. That the Veterans Administration has consented to the

urchase of said-real property by the Guardian in accordance with
