Court~to purchase said real property, a proper Petition will be
filed by the Estate of OLIVE B. NORTH authorizing the sale of
real property to the Guardianship; and that the heirs and benefi-
ciaries of the Estate will have to consent to said sale.
7. That the purchase price agreed upon between the
Estate and Guardianship is $18;000.00 less credit of $3,000.00 to .

the Guardianship which represents one-sixth (1/6) of the purchase
- price which is the interest of ROBERT M. NORTH in the real
- property as a beneficiary and heir; and that there may be addition 1
customary and reasona ble expenses to the Guardianship respecting .
the sale and purchase of said real property.
WHEREFORE, the Guardian respectfully petitions this Court
for entry of an Order authorizing the Guardianship to purchase
the above described real property in the name of the Guardianship

for the benefit of the Ward, ROBERT M. NORTH, for the purchase
price of $18,000.00 less credit to the Ward for $3,000.00.

above and foregoing and the facts alleged are correct and true to
the best of my knowledge and belief.
