ORDER AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard this day upon the
Petition for Authorization to Purchase Real Property filed by the
Guardian, and the Court being otherwise duly advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That the Guardian, PAN AMERICAN BANK OF ORLANDO, N.A.,
be and is hereby authorized to .purchase the following real
property located in St. Lucie County, Florida:
- The North 30 feet of Lot 4, all Lot 5, and the West
8 feet of the vacated alley ad3acent on the east, - 1
Block 2, Riller's Subdivision. `
Street Address - 314 North 15th Street, Fort Pierce, Flori a.
2. That the Guardian, PAN AMERICAN BANK OF ORLANDO, N.A.,
be and is hereby authorized to pay the purchase price of $18,000.0
less credit of $3,000:00 for the interest of the Ward in the Estat
of OLIVE B. NORTH and any customary and reasonable expenses

respecting said sale-from the assets of the Guardianship.

y 3. That the title of said real property shall be taken
in the name of PAN AMERICAN BANK OF ORLANDO, N.A, as Guardian of
~ ROBERT M. NORTH.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers in Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie
