as the personal representative of the Estate of Gladys L.
Harder, deceased, File No. 80x236 CP. Petitioner's name
and address is SUN. BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Post Office
Hox 8, Fort Pierce, FL 33454, and the name and address of
the attorneys are as set forth at the end of this petition.
~2. Decedent, J. K. HARDER, whose last known address
was 207 South 6th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, died on
June 21, 1965, at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time of
death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
~ of this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent,
and the ages of any who are minors are:
