9. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent, in-
cluding exempt property, be distributed or disposed of as

10. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or
Codicil other than as set forth in Paragraph 11,
11. The original of the decedent's last will, dated
May 31, 1963, is in the possession of the above court.
12. Decedent's will does not direct administration as
required by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes. Petitioner requests
that the decedent's last will be admitted to probate and an
order of sumQnary administration be entered directing distribu-
tion of the assets in the estate in accordance with the schedule
` set forth in Paragraph 9 of this petition.
