LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, JACK K. HARAER, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, ,
- being of~-sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make, publish
and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all

It is my will and desire, and I direct that my body be buried

in a manner suitable to my circumstances in life.
SECOND -
It is my will and I direct that all my just debts and funera

expenses be promptly paid out of the principal of my estate as

I- give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remain-
der of my estate, of whatever location or description, both real
and personal, of which I die possessed, or over which I have pave

In the event my wife should predecease me, or that our death
should occur simultaneously or approximately so, or in the same

doubt as to which of us survived the other, I then, in that event,
give devise and bequeath all .the rest, residue and remainder of
my estate, in equal shares, unto my wife~s family, MARTHA CARVER,
Mother, ERNEST G. CARVER, Brother, AGNES HANCOCK, Sister, HOWARD
CARVER, Brother, CORINNE M. 4°DELL, Sister, and EUNICE MAHAR.,

I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved wife, GLADYS L.
