5. Catherine C. Filiberto, the decedent's spouse, whose
address is 357 So.Naranja Avenue, Port St. Lucie, Fla., and Walter
S. Kane, a member of the Florida Bar, whose address is 66 Macculloch

Avenue, Morristown, New Jersey, and who are qualified under the
laws of the State of Florida to- serve as personal representatives
of the decedent's estate are entitled to preference in appointment ~

as personal representative because they have been nominated as such f

in the decedent's Last Wi11 and Testament.

6. The nature and. approximate value of the assets in
this estate are both real and personal property in value of EE
approximately. ~n excess of 5100,000. {
7. Petitioner is unaware of-any unrevoked Will or
Codicil of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 8. ~
8. The original of the decedent's Last Will, dated

June 28, 1980, is accompanying this petition. ~
Petitioner requests that the decedent's Will be ad-
mitted to probate and that Catherine G. Filiberto and Walter
i -
S. Kane be appointed personal representative of the Florida
estate of the decedent.
