The undersigned petitioners allege:
1. Petitioners have an interest in the above estate as all
of the surviving heirs at law of the decedent, VIRGINIA LOPP SMITH. ~
Their names and addresses are set forth in paragraph 3 and the name
and address of their attorney are as set forth at the end of this
petition.
2. Decedent, VIRGINIA LOPP SMITH, whose last known address
was 150? Wyoming Avenue, For-t Pierce, Florida, died on September 10th,
1980 at Walter Reed Army. Hospital in Washington, D.C., and at the time
of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, State of Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
this estate and their addresses-and relationships to decedent, are:
