The undersigned Petitioner alleges:

surviving spouse, sole beneficiary and designated Personal
Representative of the estate. Her name and address are as set
forth in Paragraph 3 and the name and address of her attorney
are as set forth at the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, ALFRED B: BOWMAN, whose last known address
was 206 N. E. Lobster Road, Port St. Lucie, Florida, 33452, died
on September 29, 1980, at Stuart, Florida, and at the time of
~I death was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
~ 3. So far as is known, the name of the beneficiary of this
estate, her address and relationship to the decedent are as ~
