ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE
This cause came on to be heard upon the Motion
of the Defendants for Continuance. The Court having
heard argument of counsel and being otherwise advised
in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion .for
.Continuance is granted and the case now set for jury
trial commencing November 10, 1980, shall be stricken
from said docket. ~It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the pre-trial.con-
ference set in the above styled cause for October 8,
'j 1980, at 2:00 p.m. is hereby cancelled and .re-set

It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above styled cause
shall and the same is hereby re-set for the 16th day

and is No. 2 on the docket. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Counsel in the above-styled
cause are hereby permitted to amend their pre-trial
statements as a result of this Order granting Defendants
Motion for Continuance.
