AGREEMENT FOR MODIFICATION OF MORTGAGE DEED
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of Q~G ~O 6~~ , '
1980, by and between C.E. WARD, hereinafter called the MORTGAGOR, and FLORIDA FARM
BUREAU MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY, a Florida Corporation, hereinafter called the
MORGAGEE:
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, MORTGAGEE is the holder of a certain Mortgage Deed dated May 11, .
1979, recorded in Official Records Book 308, at page 2529 in the Public Records
of St. Lucie. County, Florida;
WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to modify the terms of said Mortgage Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration paid to MORTGAGEE by MORTGAGOR in consideration of their
mutual promises to each other, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged"by each
of the parties hereto; it is mutually covenanted and agreed by and between the
parties hereto as follows:
1. That certain Mortgage Deed, heretofore described, and executed by C.E. Ward,
is hereby amended and modified to incorporate additional Performance Bonds--
PB657667, PB657668, and PB658089 and any future Bond issued for said Mortgagor
until which time a Satisfaction of Mortgage is granted--along with Performance Bond--
PB6~0719--which was incorporated and made a part of the aforedescribed Mortgage Deed.
2. That except as modified herein, all of .the covenants, terms, provisions,
undertakings, and agreements contained in the above and aforedescribed Mortgage
Deed shall remain and shall be in full force and effect and shall apply to~and
secure the payment of the additional Performance Bonds--PB657667, PB657668, and
PB658089--in the same manner and under the same terms and conditions as se_t forth
in the Mortgage Deed.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the MORTGAGORS hereto have set their hands and seals the
day and year first above written.
