WITNESSETH: The Party of the First Part, pursuant to the Order
of-the Circuit Court for St. Lucie County, Florida, dated

in the will of the above named decedent, and in consideration of the
premises and the sum of. $10.00 and other good and valuable considera- -
tion in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells,. aliens, remises, releases,
conveys and confirms to the Party of the .Second Part, his heirs and
assigns forever, the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida des-
cribed as:
Lot 9, Block O, HARMONY .HEIGHTS ADDITION, according
to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page
38, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real -
