THIS CAUSE coming on for trial after being duly noticed for
trial, and the Plaintiff being present in Court with his-attorney,
and the Defendants not being present in the Court or being ~ _
represented by counsel in the Court, upon oral motion of the
Plaintiff's attorney, the. Court entered a Default against the
Defendants, CUSTOM HOUSING SYSTEMS, INC., and PAUL D. AMANN.
Thereupon, testimony was taken in open Court as to -the damages in
this cause. Upon said testimony, upon the Default entered in
open Court, upon the pleadings, and upon the Court being otherwise
I~'i fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that•the Plaintiff, JOSEPH~V. KAVINTA,
recover a j-udgment against the Defendants, CUSTOM HOUSING SYSTEMS, INC., -
and-PAUL D. AMANN, for the sum of $5,000.00, together with costs in
the amount of $248.80, for all of which sums let execution ~ .
