1. The Motion for Leave to Withdraw filed by JONES,
FOSTER & MOSS is hereby granted.
2. That KELLER & KEROFF, P.A., by and through STEPHEN
R. KEROFF, ESQ., is hereby substituted as counsel for defendant,
KENILWORTH INSURANCE COMPANY, and all future papers and pleadings
