THIRD: i-give and bequeath all of my money, whether cash
or in bank accounts or certificates of deposit that I may have
at the time of.my death as follows:
A. Two-thirds (2/3) to my beloved wife, ISABELLA
ADELAIDE KREUTZER.
B. One-third (1/3) to my three children, ALEXANDER
RREUTZER, JR., MARY WETZEL and MARTHA B. DUFFY, in equal shares,
per stirpes.
FOIIRTH: All the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate,
whether real; personal or mixed, in whatever form and wheresoever
located, i give, devise. and bequeath to my beloved wife, ISABELLA
ADELAIDE KREUTZER.
FIFTH: In the event that my said spouse, ISABELLA ADELAIDE
RREiTTZER, does not survive me for a period of thirty (30) days,
1 give, devise and bequeath the shares of my Estate which she
would have received to my three children, ALEXANDER KREUTZER, JR.,
currently residing in Colonia, New Jersey, MARY WETZEL, currently
residing in Roselle, New Jersey and MARTHA B. DUFFY, currently -
residing in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, in equal shares, per stirpes.

SIXTH: A. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my
wife, ISABELLA ADELAIDE RREUTZER, as Executrix, of this,- My Last

Will and Testament. In the event of the death, resignation, removal
or failure to qualify or serve of my said wife, I~nominate, constitu e
and appoint_my_son, ALEXANDER RREUTZER, JR., as Alternate Executor.
B. I direct that no bond or other security shall
i be required of my Executrix or Alternate Executor, in any jurisdic-
f tion, to secure the faithful performance of their duties as such.
C. In the administration and distribution of my
Estate, my Executrix or Alternate Executor shall have full power
and. authority to deal with my Estate and to perform every act
in the mana ement of m Estate which individuals ma
~ g y y perform 'in
~ the management of like property owned_by them, free of any Trust,
and which persons serving in like capacities. may do under the
laws of the state wherein my Estate is administered, including,
by way of illustration and not limitation; the power and authority
to sell, encumber and otherwise dispose of all personal and real
