I, ALEXANDER KREUTZER, of the City of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida, make this codicil to my will e7cecnted by me on
August 20th, 1975, before Scott M. Kenney and Connie Sue Millar
as witnesses, and I now confirm and republish all of the terms of
my will except those that are in conflict with this codicil.
- I amend -Item "Second" of my will, so as to make that part
of my will read as follows:
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, ISABELLE A.
KREUTZER, my Cello made in Mittenwald, Germany, and in the event
that my wife should predecease me then I give and devise said
Cello to my daughter, MARTHA B. DUFFY.
I HAVE DECLARED this instrument to be a codicil to my will -
and I have signed it at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
on this ~ day of ~ , 1979. -
