Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto, and ~ _ ~,;•t the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association and ~ other charges are estimated only.
