RELEASE OF LIEN
For and in consideration of the $um of Two Thousand One
Hundred Thirty-One and 70/100 Dollars ($2,131.70) to it in hand
paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, COOK

CONSTRUCTION OF FORT PIERCE, INC. does hereby release the property
hereinafter described from a certain lien filed by it in the
office of- the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, on the
5th day of October, 1979, recorded at O.R. Book 317, Page 2873, ~
for the sum of Two Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-Four and 90/100 ~

Dollars ($2,254.90) due for labor and materials on said property, ~
-and it hereby declares said lien fully satisfied. Said property
is described as follows:

Address: Osceola Road, Fort Pierce, Florida
Legally described as:
.Being the West 160 feet of the South 135.53 feet of the
West 300 feet of the. South 495 feet of the East•1/2 of '
the North 30 acres of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast
1/4 of Section .9, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, St. -
Lucie County, Florida; together with ingress and egress
access being more particularly described as follows:
Being the North 60 feet of the South 195.53 feet- of the
West 160 feet of the East 1/2 of the North 30 acres of
the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 9,
Township 36 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
Owners being released: WILLIAM. F. STARLING and ELISE S. STARLING
