HomeMy WebLinkAbout1384 504533 ~ CORRECTIVE WARRANTY DEED THIS INDENTURE, Made this 14th day of October ,1980, between COOK CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF FORT PIERCE, INC., a Florida corpora- tion, grantor, and JAMES~A TOMLINSON and MICHAEL R. SOLLINGER, as Trustees under a certain written trust document, the original of which is on file ,IO in the Office of the President of Citizens Federal Savings and Loan Association, and is available for inspection in that office at 1600 South Federal Highway, Fort Pierce, Florida, grantees, whose address is Post Office Box 3780, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450. WITNESSETH, That the grantor in and for .the consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) heretofore paid, executes this Corrective Warranty Deed for the purpose of including a lot which .was erroneously-omitted from that certain. Warranty Deed recorded in O. R. Book 332, at Page 1514 of the St. Lucie-County Public Records, upon which all required documentary stamps were affixed, as required under the terms of the trust instrument by which said-land is held by said grantees in trust, the said grantor has granted, bargained and sold to the said grantees and the grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following described real property situated~in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: Lot 7, Block~2, RAINTREE FOREST, an unrecorded plat, further - described as BEGINNING. at a point that is 30 feet South of and 75 feet East of the Northwest corner of Section 33, Town- - ship 35 South, Range 40 East, Saint Lucie County, Florida; thence run S 89 degrees 34'46" E, parallel to the North line of said. Section 33, a distance of 573.16 feet; thence S02 de- grees 27' 15"W, parallel to the West line of said Section 33, a. distance of 250.00 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue S02 degrees 27' 15" W, a distance of 125.00 feet; thence N89 degrees 34'46" E, a distance of 176.42 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. f And the said grantor does hereby warrant-the title to said land and will defend same against the lawful claims of all persons whatsoever, and this Corrective is recorded as though said property were contained in Exhibit A of the original Warranty Deed recorded June 4, 1980, in O.R.
