Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared Maxine
Lee Phillips, who, being first duly sworn, deposes and says that:
- 1. .She, together with Edward Phillips, were the grantees in that cer-
tain deed from Donna Nancy Carnohan, dated-February 27, 1976, filed I
March 3, 1976 if Official Records Book 249, page 1294, of the Pub- -
lic Records of St. L-ucie County, Florida, conveying the following
described property, to wit:
Lot. S, Block 343, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 11~iENTY-FIVE,
according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
Book 13, pages 32 and 32A through 32I, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. -
2. Through scrivener's error, the said Edward Phillips and Maxine Lee
Phillips were described in said deed as husband and wife, when in
actual fact they were and are not husband and wife but are mother
and son.
Further affiant sayeth not.
