this hearing; .that the material allegations of the Petition are
j{ true; that the decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County,
y~ Florida, at the time of death; that the decedent was survived

~ by a surviving spouse and no lineal descendants; and that at

the time of decedent's death, he owned certain real property
{i described in the Petition upon which he resided as the head of ~
I~ -
a family; it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the following-described j

descended to VIRGINIA J. MAYG; and it is further
