o I, CHARLffi LAWSON CLAIR, SR., of the City of Salem,
q
County of Salem and State of New Jersey, being of sound mind,
memory and understanding and mindful of the uncertainty of
life, do make, publish and declare the following to. be my
last will and testament hereby revoking and making void any -
and all former wills by me at any time heretofore made
FIRST: It is my will and I do order and direct that
all my dust debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as con-
veniently possible after my decease, together with all inheri-
tance taxes assessed against this estate.
- SECOND: All the. rest, residue and remainder of my -
estate,-real, personal or mixed, I give, bequeath and devise
to my wife,-Ada Mary Clair, forever; provided, however, that
in the event of-her death in my lifetime, or in the event of
her death within the-perlod of thirty (30) days after my death,
the said devise and bequest of my residuary estate shall lapse
or be divested, and. in either event, I give, devise and be-
queath my said residuary estate to my children, Charles Lawson
Clair, Jr., Elizabeth Anne Clair, Karen Marie Clair and Dani
Lou Clair, or to the survivor or survivors of them, share and
~ share alike; provided, however, that~if any or all of said chil-

dren should fail to survive me or fail to survive the death
of my said wife within the aforesaid thirty (30) day period,
whichever shall be the case, leaving issue so surviving, said
issue shall take the share to which such child would have been
