entitled had he or she so survived, per stirpes and not per
capita. It is my intention, however, and I so declare, that
- if my wife be living at the expiration of thirty (30) days from
the date of my death, the estate hereby devised and bequeathed
. to her shall vest in her absolutely and in fee simple, free of
all conditions. Should my wife survive me, I authorize .the use
and application of as much of the net income and principal of
my estate as may be necessary for her support and well-being
until such time as my estate shall vest in her absolutely and -
.in -fee simple, and in the event of her death within the period
of thirty (30) days after my death, the expenditure of a reason-
able amount out of my estate for her funeral expenses.
THIRD: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my
wife, Ada Mary Clair, to be Executrix of this my last will and ;
testament; my said Executrix to act without the necessity of
filing an official bond for her so acting and I do give to my .
