-The petitioner, IRVIN KENNETH CUNNINGHAM, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as one
of the surviving heirs at law of the decedent, BEN DAVID CUNNINGHAM.
Petitioner's name and address is IRVIN KENNETH CUNNINGHAM, Route 5,
Box 363, Belton, South Carolina (2962?) and the name and address of
petitioner's attorney is as set forth at the end of this petition. -
2. Decedent, BEN DAVID CUNNINGHAM, whose last known address
was 424 North 1?th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, and whose age was
68 years, and whose social security number is 264-ZO-1655, died on
August 21st, 1980 at International Hospital in Dade~County, Florida,
and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, .
Florida.
