5. IRVIN KENNETH CUNNINGHAM, whose address is Route 5, Box i
363, Helton S.C. (2962?) and who is qualified under the laws of the
State of Florida to serve as personal representative of decedent's
estate, is entitled to preference in appointment as personal represen-
tative because he has been nominated by the other heirs at law.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this
estate are:
Real. and personal property in excess of $10,000.00.

After the exercise of reasonable diligence, petitioner
is unaware of any unrevoked wills or codicils of decedent.
Petitioner requests that he be appointed personal representative
of the estate of the decedent.
Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have read the ~
