not now nor has it ever been the homestead of the Grantors and that they .

Subject to that certain first llartgage from the Grantees hereof to First
Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierxe, dated August 26, 1980,
recorded in 0. R. Book 337, at page 2867, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida securing the original principal sum of E6,700.00.
and the Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and will defend the same against the lawful daims of all_ persons whomsoever,
