14. Nothing herein contained or in any document relating to
the Mortgage nor the acts of the parties hereto shall be construed
to~create a partnership or joint venture between Mortgagor and
Mortgagee.
15. In any case any one or more of the provisions of this
Agreement shall be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any
respect, the validity of the remaining provisions shall in no way
be affected or prejudiced or disturbed thereby.
16.' This Agreement may be executed in any number of counter-
, parts, each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which
shall constitute one agreement.
.17. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with
the laws of the State of Florida.
