WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED made the day of October, 1980,• by SAMUEL WILLIAMS and a~S•(;0
C. LUCILL$ WILLIAMS, his wife, and E. LEE STROSNIDER and PATRICIA STROSNIDER, his
wife, hereinafter called the grantor, to THADDEUS RADWIN and JOSEPHINE R. RADWIN,
his wife, whose post office address is: 44.Sarnert Avenue, Totowa Boro, New Jersey
• 07512, hereinafter called the grantee: -
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and
other valuable considerations receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants,
bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee,
all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
A condominium parcel designated as Unit No. 414 of OCEAN
HARBOUR CONDOMINIUM B, according to the Declaration thereof
recorded. September 11, 1980, in Official Record Book 338,
page 1287, and Amendment thereto, recorded September 16,
.1980, in Official Record Book 338, page 2306, all in St.
Lucie County, Florida, public records.
TOGETHER•WITH all fixtures and appliances located therein, and .
TOGETHER WITH all of its appurtenances according to said Declaration of -
Condominium,-including but not limited to an undivided 1/39 share in
the common elements thereof-and together with all the tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise
appertaining. -
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that the grantor is lawfully -
seized of said land in fee simple; that the grantor has good right and lawful
authority to sell and convey said land; that the grantor hereby fully warrants
the title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of
all ~iersons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances, except •
taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1979.
