PARTIAL ASSIGNMENT OF NOTE AND MORTGAGE

by Kenneth K. Atha o Se astian, Florida , do-hereby sell, assign,
trans er an set over to said Kenneth K. Atha , his executors,
administrators and assigns,. an un vi a ty per cent (508) -
of all my rights, title and interest in and to the following
described property:
Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block 10 (E) of the Assessor's
Map of the North Part of Fort Pierce, according to
the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, page
164, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
This Partial Assignment is of the 50$ ownership of the above Note
and l?Iortgage, awned by Vincent Parisi and is not an assignment of _
the remaining 50$ of the proceeds of the above Note and Mortgage
which remains payable to me. _
