with interest as therein mentioned: TOGETHER WITH Assignment of Rents given by Holiday Pines
to General Electric Credit Corporation, dated September 30, 1979, in 0. R. Book
334, page 1818, and Financing Statement dated September~30, 1979, in 0. R. Book
334, page 1827, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
AND WHEREAS, the said HOLIDAY PINES, a Florida General Partnership, has
requested the said GENERAL ELECTRIC CREDIT CORPORATION to release the premises
hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, From the lien and operation of said Mortgage:

NOW THEREFORE; KNOW YE, That the said GENERAL ELECTRIC CREDIT CORPORATION
as well in consideration of the premises as of the sum of
