Personal or otherwise, now owned or hereafter to be acquired, from the
lien, operation and effect of that certain estreature of bail bond in
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida and Final Judgment as
recorded in The Official Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, Book 341
page 98.5 ~n the amount of $5,000,00, by the State of Florida for the use
and benefit of St. Lucie County, Florida, against F, LEE GARY BAIL BONDING
AGENCY, BANKERS INSURANCE COMPANY and GILBERT SURETY SERVICES, INC.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal of the said
Clerk of the Circuit Court, on this the 24th day of October 1980.
