For value received, the undersigned, jointly and severally, promise to
pay to the order of AMERICAN BANK OF MARTIN COUNTY at its banking house in
Martin Countq, Florida, in lawful money of the Uaited States of_America, the
principal sum of THIRTY-TidO THOUSAND and NO/100----- DOLLARS,
together with
interest after date at the rate of 13.50 per centum per annum on the unpaid
balance until paid, and after maturity at the highest legal rate until paid, €
said principal and interest~to be payable ss follows:
Principal and ~gterest payments for 59 consecutive months at $373.01, starting
November 23, 1980 and on each successive month thereafter until October 23,
1985, when the entire unpaid balance and accrued interest shall become due and
payable.

The makers, sureties, endorsers and guarantors of this note, hereby -

and consent that time of payment may be extended without notice thereof to any
of the sureties of this note.
• Should~it become necessary to collect this note through an attorney, each
of us, whether maker, surety or endorser, hereby agree to pay all costs of said
~ collection, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs of appeal, whether
suit be brougb or not. -
The holder hereof is hereby expressly authorized to retain any general or
special deposit, collateral, real or personal security, or the proceeds thereof,
belonging to any of us, now or hereafter in the possession of the holder duffing
the time this note remains unpaid, and before or after maturity hereof may
~ apply the same to this note or any other debt or liabilities of any of us to
holder, due or to become due.
