PERSONAL; REPRESENTATIVES DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this~day of October, 1980, be-
tween VINCENT BERNATO, as Personal Representative of the Estate of
ARTHUR J. BERNATO, Deceased, as party of the first part, and
ALBERT BABCHICK and EILEEN BABCHICK, his wife
as parties of the second part, whose address is: 7174 SW 22nd Street
Davie, Florida 33317 -
WITNESSESTH: The party of the first part pursuant to
the Orders of the Circuit Court in and for Broward County, Florida,
Probate Division entered in Case No. 80-3515 appointing him as
Personal Representative of the Estate-of Arthur J. Bernato, and _
pursuant to the power of sale contained in--the Will of the above
named decedent, and in further consideration-of the .sum of 510.00
and other good and valueable considerations 'in hand paid, grants,
bargains, sells, aliens., remises -releases, conveys and confirms
to the parties of the second~p~~i~ir heirs and assigns forever, the
following described real property located in St. Lucie County,
,Florida, described as: -
LOTS 21,22,23, BLOCK 1497,-of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 16, a
Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as .recorded
in Plat Book 13, page 7, of the Public. Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida. -
Grantor warrants that the above described property is not now
or has been Homestead Property.- -
Together with all and singular the tenements, heredita-
ments and appurtenances belonging to or in any wise appertaining
to that property. -
To have and to hold the same to the parties of the second
~ part, their heirs and assigns in fee simple forever.
- And the parties of the first part do covenant to and
~ with the parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, that
in all things preliminary to and in and about the saleand this con-
veyance, the--Orders of the above-named Court, and the powers of sale
contained in the Will and the laws of Florida-have been followed and
complied with in all respects.
