Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Owner's Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason- ~ahle, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aeknowledges~and confirms that the - Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed j to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven- ~ ants and Restrictions, and-said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the ~ ~y. Property Owner's Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained ~ in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto, and the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association and other charges are estimated only.
