to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incor ration •
By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners ~ ~ ~
Association; and Purchaser further acknowledges receipt of and reading and - '
examination of said Declaration, its~Exhibits, budget, sales brochure and floor ~
plan, and acknowledges that•each and every provision of the foregoing is essen- ` '

and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the owners therein. ~.j

ahle, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms that the
