THEREFORE, it is respectfully moved that the Clerk of
the Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, be instructed to trans-
fer the entire original file on this matter to the Clerk of Circuit
Court, Duval County Courthouse, Jacksonville, Florida.
