This Cause cavne on for trial the 21st-day of October, 198®, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines This Court has Jurisdiction of~the Parties and Subject ~
Matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and ~11fe now exist
h'etveen the Parties; and that the Marriage between the Parties is
I~ Irretrievably Broken and should be Dissolved.

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The Marriage between ISAAC TiiURSTON,
and AVIS THERESSA THURSTON~ be and the same is hereby Dissolved, and that
the .Parties and each of- them are hereby forever freed from the Bonds of

restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying; the other.

hereto is retained for the entry of such further Orders as may be Proper.
